Week 2 Assignment- JHU

What are your expectations for this program? What do you hope to accomplish?
A. I hope to gain information and experience on becoming an effective administrator. It is my goal to use the knowledge of my professors to help me understand what is needed to run a school, a division or a district with 21st century learners and teachers.
B. My goal is to learn from my cohorts on what they have experienced and be able to use that collaborative effort and make my journey into supervision a educated one.
 
 
Now that you have a good sense of the types of online activities and the rhythms of an active participant, what steps will you take to be successful in this program?
A. Planning is extremely  important. I will need to make sure I stay ahead of all readings and assignments and be sure to check my email and the site daily.
 
Where do you still need additional support to be successful?
A. Good communication between my advisor and I, my cohorts and the instructors will be important.
